Great couples getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. Service was friendly and courteous at every turn. The spa was amazing. The restaurants were great, the bar in the atrium was awesome. That atrium is something special. Incredible.

Superb Weekend
It is hard to describe the magnificent transformation of this grand property, having visited it during its peak of deterioration in the late '90's. The hotel is first class, with a professional and personable staff. The rooms are incrediby "first class" with fine amenities. The swimming pool, casino and concert venues are most inviting. Spa prices are a bit expensive. We decided against a desired visit knowing that the price of a mineral bath and massage equalled the room rate.

Nice quick getaway
Everything is available by shuttle or inside the hotels. Restaurants, casino, winery, golf courses. A nice quick getaway for a day trip or for a week. Friendly staff.

A perfect fall retreat
the beautiful fall landscape was the perfect setting for a relaxful luxorious stay - it was hard to pick out where to sit and relax next . . the indoor pool, the heated poolside, the porches, the atrium, the library. The history was awesome.

Beautiful Renovation
Restoration was perfect! The rooms had ample space and tastefully decorated. The rooms facing the atrium had terrific views. Shuttle service to the casino and golf courses were great. The spa facilities were beautiful. Food was great and service was excellent. A great value. They welcome pets too.

Great getaway
Way better than the French Lick hotel. This is a classy place with a classy feel. We loved the pool and the grounds. Plenty to do for a weekend trip. Staff was great all the way around to include the room service.
