Disappointing
The staff was very friendly but theey seemed to be overwhelmed with what sounded like a busy night. Garbage cans were overflowing. The public restrooms were closed due to the toilets overflowing. The fitness center locks didn't work properly. A "hot" breakfast was advertised but when we got there there was nothing hot left except oatmeal. The omelettes, potatoes and waffles were all gone.

Great continental breakfast, nice folks. Rooms were very clean. LCD picture was a little fuzzy but it was just a loose cable in the back that I tightened.

3rd time at this Hotel
As usual this hotel was top notch in most every way. There was a problem with wind overnight and catching the heater/AC just right causing a howling sound all night long. Having stayed in this hotel 3 times this was the exception, and not the rule.

Not a Good Time
Unable to sleep due to the uncomfortable bed. Furnace had no way to set temperature control. You had to keep turning it on and off manually. We left a day early due to the hotel.

Nice Hotel
Very nice hotel. The pool was good sized, not like alot of places economy sized pools. The breakfast was also very good.

Comfortable and clean
The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. It's in a nice, safe area, close to shopping and many restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they provide a good breakfast, more than just toast and cereal that most hotels offer for their complimentary breakfast. I would for sure recommend this hotel.
