What a great place!
It would be hard to say anything negative about the place. All the staff, from check-in to check-out, were great. Our stay included breakfast, which was above average, but not deluxe. The one-bedroom condo was well-appointed and clean, and included a kitchenette with full-size fridge, two-burner stovetop, microwave, sink and dishwasher. All in all, a very good experience, and will probably go back in the future.

A great place to come back to after a busy day.
We did not spend a great deal of time in the suite but it was a nice place to come back to. Location - easy to find and close enough to campus. Although it would help those using GPS to use Mishawaka instead of South Bend. The lobby was pretty. The front desk reps were present and helpful. The suite had a small kitchen area with a sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, real glasses, bowls and silverware. There was a comfortable living room area and a separate bedroom, both with large, nice tvs. The bathroom had a large Jacuzzi tub. Only one sink in the dressing area but a lot of counter space. A hair dryer was available. Things I might suggest.... more coffee in the room, free continental breakfast, and a treadmill.

South Bend visit
Second time at this property. Don't know if I'd stay again. Room pre-paid at time of reservation; then had to pay security deposit of 100.00 upon check in. I realize that's all due to the type of "timeshare" ish business that it is.... Front desk staff were less than enthusiastic at check in and didn't have my reservation under my last name, but rather my maiden name so check in was a hassle. Continental breakfast was 6.00. None of this at other hotels. Just not impressive.

travel glutton
Great rooms, but beware the deposit!
The room was awesome for twice the price I paid! the only thing that wasn't awesome was the deposit that was three times what I paid for the room. Less awesome was the refund time for the deposit....up to a month on your checking account. I travel for work, so I cannot have 250 bucks tied up like that. That is the only reason for not giving fives all around!
