- Included with each room is a wonderful full hot breakfast buffet that includes eggs made to order, and make your own waffles. You can also chose from a great selection of breakfast meats, potatoes, cereals fruits, pastries, and beverages. The hotel is located across the street from the famous Linebacker Lounge, and also within walking distance to many different family restaurants, shopping areas and local pubs.

- Ivy Court offers a variety of conference and banquet rooms, along with hospitality areas. Our Big East room is great for gathering or just relaxing. It includes a flat screen TV, couches, lounge chairs, poker table, and fire place. This room also connects to restrooms and a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, etc... We also have conference and banquet rooms that can be set with round or 6ft tables for classroom or theater style setups. AV equipment is available upon request. All rooms are located near vending and restrooms.

Ivy Court Stay
I took a red eye flight to South Bend and asked to check in early - which was gracefull accommodated by the staff. I arrived late for breakfast, but the staff still made sure I got fed. Room is OK, the hotel could use a bit of a spruce up/ new paint, but the bottom line is I got a great deal and was treated very well. I would stay again.

Ivy Court Inn & Suites a Good Deal
I found the hotel to be pleasant, warm, clean, hospitable, and a good value for my dollar! The staff was friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the complimentary WiFi added to the value of staying at this very fine establishment! I would not only recommend this hotel to others, but I look forward to going back there again!

A great surprise, excellent room and brilliant breakfast
I hadn't been to South Bend before and didn't know where to stay.....so I kind of backed into this place, as I couldn't do my countless hours of research- it was a last minute business trip. In any case the hotel was extremely comfortable and clean and very nice. The breakfast was amazing....the best salsa (with egss) I have ever had. Excellent value; my only small gripe was a lack of good restaurants nearby. Had to drive to downtown SB which wasn't far.

Good for a 1 night Stay
My only big complaint with the lodging was that our room was nearest a fairly busy street, and it was quite loud in the room from passing traffic. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was quite good (fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.). If I were to stay more than one night in South Bend I would have asked to be switched to a different room so that I would not be facing the street.

Great night away!
This was our second time to stay at the Ivy Court. We had another great experience; the location is so convenient, the staff so helpful, the room very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast delicious!

quick overnight
Was in for a funeral and the proximity to the services and family was very good...Very comfortable and friendly, a nice complimetary breakfast.. Beds were awesome, rooms clean, a great value overall. Some might nitpick a little wear here and there , but would stay again in a heartbeat, probobly one of the best values in South Bend and espescially if visiting the campus

Best Buy in South Bend
The Ivy Court is a hidden gem. Across the street - literally - from Notre Dame, the hotel offers well appointed rooms, a terrific fitness center, friendly staff and a great complimentary breakfast, all for a price below that of the many nearby national chains. Stay here; you won't be disappointed.
