The desk staff was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I asked a question and he would just ignore me. I even asked again, and was ignored. I asked him why he wouldn't answer me, he ignored me. I asked him to
split payment, he told me he didn't know how and I would have to stand there and wait until the other person got back from lunch. I told him I'm not standing there forever. I asked for my card and cash back, because he wasn't keeping my funds if I wasn't getting a receipt, and he said no. I demanded them immediately. After we got to the room, I was called repeatedly demanding to come back down and pay, even though it wasn't my fault I couldn't pay at that time, and I was staying 3 days, it's not like I was going to disappear. He said his name was Hammond, which I believe was a lie. I will never again stay at a Quality Inn because of this experience.
The room was fine the location was good. But it was 94 degrees outside and we were looking forward to using the pool. No Pool! it's there ....just not usable because of law/standard changes in the industry.
