Pretty good
We only needed a room for one night, but this hotel was pretty good. The pool was clean, clear, and not too crowded; however, the hot tub wasn't working. The exercise room had some nice equipment. The rooms were the average hotel room, but they were clean. The staff was excellent! Can't say enough about the pleasant staff (from front desk check in to the cleaning staff around the hotel to the maintenance man in the hall); they were all courteous and helpful. The only thing missing in my room was an ashtray as I reserved a smoking room. If you visit this hotel, the ties mounted to the walls with the little sayings from each owner is worth looking at, too! What a new, neat idea! Overall, my experience with this hotel was pretty good.

The hotel is very close (about two miles) from the interstate, and dining is also very close (within about 2-3 blocks). (Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, Steak N Shake)

Between Columbus and Indianapolis
I got in at roughly 2am and had a meeting at 7:30 am. Room was adequate, clean but with a funny smell. Complimentary breakfast was not that great. Coffee was good.

Holiday Inn/Quality Inn Richmond
We were there to pick up our new dog from a rescue organization. We were greeted kindly. The lobby is new and clean, coffee and hot tea were available through out the night. Our room was clean and newly remodeled. The bathroom was clean as well. The beds are very comfortable, the heater was(it was a very, very cold week end). The morning breakfast was very filling with scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, juices, muffins, toast, and more. I went for a swim in the morning and the water was a perfect temp. They even found a small bucket with a lid on it for water for our new dog to travel with. It was a very nice experience for the money. I would stay there again if we should pass through Richmond.

Great Vacation Hotel
We always stay here when visiting family in Richmond. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is the best you will find anywhere. IHOP eat your heart out! The restaurant also has a very good dinner menu. If you want to get out there are numerous places to eat near the hotel. The free WiFi is also a bonus.

Good Location off I-70
Just needed a place to stay for the night on a road trip and this was very nice. Restaurant in the hotel was good.

Well worth it
They made a note that I would be checking in late. When I arrived, they greeted me by name and had everything ready to go for me. Our room was spotless, bed was so comfortable. Only two complaints were that the ice machine on our floor was empty, and the showers were so tiny! Im 5'8" and my head was only inches from the ceiling. My fiance could not shower because he was too tall and was uncomfortable ducking his head and slouching the whole time!

Very Friendly Staff
Good location just off I-70 and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was exceptionally friendly - each and every one of them, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. The hot breakfast was very good and included in the price. The rooms could use some updating, but overall a very good experience.

Very Customer Service Oriented
I would highly recommend this hotel. We had an issue with the bathroom sink leaking. They responded immediately. Offered to switch our room and gave us 3 free dinners and a coupon for a free one night stay. The front desk staff, dining room staff and maintenance staff are all very friendly and accomodating. The food is wonderful, the free breakfast one of the best I have had in any hotel I have stayed in.

My review of Holiday Inn RICHMOND
The holiday Inn, Richmond in general was just OK. The room appeared to be clean and was comfortable, but water leaks in bathroom carpet stains and a nonfunctioning TV remote detracted greatly from the experience. This coupled with the poor presentation of the facility, missing ceiling tiles in hall ways, soiled and torn carpets in hall ways, did not make for a good overall impression of the hotel. Very limited dining opportunities on the property, but numerous choices within a short drive.
