Awful
We chose this hotel during our visit to the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. It was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The whole place smells. Our room had a slanted bed, so we asked for another room. The front desk gave us another room. The furniture in both rooms was badly damaged. The mattresses were thin and the pillows were of poor quality. The continental breakfast was limited and was only available until 9am on a Sunday. On the plus side, there was fast free WiFi. Overall, I would never stay in this hotel again.

Great place and location
A good size comfortable well furnished room and spotless. Lobby area ,elevator, and halls very clean and well maintained. There was a washer and dryer in the hallway by the vending machines. Great location close to the interstates.

Not too bad
The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We chose this hotel because it was the least expensive in the area... everything was clean and tidy. The beds weren't that awesome, but we were only staying one night so it didn't matter that much. We would definitely stay here again. Bottom line is that if you're difficult to please, you'll probably find something you don't like about anywhere you stay! The air conditioning was awesome. We didn't travel with any pets but the hotel was very pet-friendly. We saw a couple of labradors and another dog outside... we didn't hear them at all though and it didn't smell like pets.

There wasn't a whole lot by the hotel, but a couple of miles into town there are places to eat and shop. We easily entertained ourselves for 5-6 hours.

Good budget overnight hotel
The hotel was reasonably clean but needs updating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location to the freeway was good. They were gracious in the acceptance of our dog. There is a nearby hotel and good walking area for the dog.
