Downhill slide
I have visited this hotel 3 times in 5 years. It used to be nothing special other than the convienient location in Muncie. Now the management has ignored both the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff to the point that until that changes I will never stay there again. The room sanitary condition was poor with much attention needed in the bathroom. When we tried to use the in room fridge it was not on and had alot of mold and mildew in it. When I brought this to the clerks attention she asked me to put my refridgerated items in the breakfast bar's fridge with the assurance that the fridge would be swapped out the next day. Even notifying the General Manager Raj Patel resulted in a vague shoulder shrug. For a few dollars more there are multiple accomidations within the same area. Days Inn should consider withdrawing their name from this establishment.

Great Value!
Great value! The location is right off the main area in Muncie and a stones throw away from Ball State. The only down side was the other guests were quite noisy. They ran up and down the hall screening, making all kinds of noise throughout the entire night.

Great Place for the overnight
[...], Manager, is tops.Helped me with changes in reservations 7 directions around town. He is cool, calm, & collected. All the staff were very pleasant.This is a great place to stay. Very calm, quiet, & relaxing.

Cleanliness needs improvement.
When staying at a hotel, you would like to think that you have been the only person to ever stay there. In reality, you know that its not the case. The bathroom was a definate reminder of past occupants. Hair in the tub, on the toilet and in the corners. Dead bugs in the bathroom under the sink and by the window. The TV had finger prints all over it. With some minor attention to detail, my stay would hve been alot better. I did let the staff know of these issues, so maybe next time I will get that first occupant feeling!

Short drive from hotel
Sunrise cafe is open 24 hours and they have very friendly service and also the best bisquits and gravy that I have had in awhile!
