The staff is very friendly but the room to me was not as much. Clean showers would be nice.

Worst Place I Have Ever Stayed
Asked for a non smoking room, given a smoking room. Given the key to the wrong room and walked in on someone. Sink pipes were leaking on the floor, when I asked for a new room I was told no they did not have any other rooms. So I has to stay in a smoking room with water all over the floor. TV only picked up 2 channels. Requested a wake up call but did not get one. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

7/2012. Michigan City. Carpet is filthy. Just walking from the shower to the bed turned my feet black. Had to be given another room just to find a room that had the bed made. I do not believe they clean the sheets between customers. I sent an email to the corporation 4 days ago and have not heard anything back from them. I will not be staying at any site with this hotel chain again.

Night away
Decent hotel for the money. Room was clean, staff was nice. The non-smoking room still smelled like stale cigarettes.

No Wake Up Call. Late for work
I stayed at the Inn during the week for work. I asked for a wake up call and the lady at the desk assured me the wake up call was set. NO wake up call, ended up being late for work! Shower drain was slow. room was dirty.

Not Good
Asked for a wake up call so I could be at work on time. No wake up call after staff told me it was in system and would not be a problem. No soap or shampoo in the room. No tissue in the room. Shower would not drain the water. Asked for first floor room was given second floor room.

Good Location
Right off the main highway and close to my job. Room was not very clean and shower leaked. Tried to check out but person working front desk would not open the door.
