Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza

I stayed here recently for business travel. It's conveniently located off of 30 & I-65. There are many restaurants and amenities nearby and inside the hotel. We received a free breakfast at the Star Cafe inside of the Radisson which was very nice surprise.

Great accomodations. We decided to stay because of the pool and sleep number beds. Our particular room didnt have a working sleep number bed, but the hotel staff were more that accomodating in relocating our family to a room that did. Very receptive and helpful staff. We will definately stay here again when we visit Crown Point.

We stayed 2 nites for a friends wedding. Enjoyed the entertainmant at TJ Moloney's. Room,pool,amenities were excellent.

It was alright. Room looked clean but then dropped something on the floor and saw q-tips and other trash under the tv table. Was in town for a wedding and we tried to order coffee for the happy couple but were told it would take 40 min for room service. I went down to the Star Cafe to get the coffee instead and a server heard my story and was very nice and gave it to me for free. Other staff were also nice. Elevators are exceedingly slow and the place is a bit of a maze but I don't really have any other complaints. Thought the "hotel policy" about not being loud, bringing food to common areas, etc. was a bit weird.

The staff was very polite when I checked in. The hotel is extremely large and I got lost, but there was staff members in the hallway who were helpful in pointing the way. I forgot my toothbrush and they were happy to supply me with one. The room was quiet, the workout room was great (flat screen t.v. to watch). There was a spacious desk inside the hotel room so I had plenty of room to work, for a home away from home during business I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I almost forgot to mention the pool. It was really neat there was a waterfall, but it was set off the main lobby. It was dark the 1st night that I used it, but there were a lot of eyes watching me from the lobby and that was a bit uneasy. The room was clean, but the shower could use a bit more TLC. Other wise it was wonderful! An easy 4.5 rating

After our car broke down, we had to find hotel in area & we chose this one based on reviews and photos. While the beds were comfortable and the rooms clean, the hotel was incredibly understaffed - and the few who were working were NOT happy and NOT helpful. Because we booked through a discount online site, we got the most distant, inaccessible room possible - which was okay b/c it was quiet. The understaffing was painfully evident in the solo unhappy front desk attendant, the long lines, the unfilled vending machines on every floor (I searched 4 floors and 8 machines before finding a bottle of water), the empty towel bin and water jug in the exercise room, and the general unclean, unkept feeling of the hotel overall.

Had a very nice stay could not ask for any thing better.

Sleepnumber beds are amazing!

Went to a show at the Star Plaza. Got the dinner package, but reserved the hotel separately thru [...]. Dinner was excellent. Hotel was beautiful. Loved the Sleep Number beds (we have one @ home).Room could have been cleaner - carpet was stained and dingy. Hair on bathroom floor. Could hear every time someone came in and out of hotel - doors slammed very loudly.
