Great room for the price and location

We loved the comfort and the relaxing atmosphere of our room. The one thing that bugged us, was the slight smell of cigarette smoke. Our room was located on the top floor, and was a non smoking room One question is why are all the non smoking room on the top floors and all the smoking rooms are on the bottom floor? Smoke does rise!
