Motel
The room we were given was a one room unclean room that smelled of smoke, thought we were getting a 2 room suite with accommodations for 4. Had to argue with staff at motel who would not upgrade even when we offered to pay more without approval from booking company, took 1.5 hrs on hold with them to get an appropriate room at additional $120. The staff at motel were pleasant but not helpful. I would never stay there again - did not live up to franchise. Too expensive for the quality - the worst part of our trip was this motel.

Good but Not Great
Could not get 2 double beds. I told my sister to book her family on [...] and a day later she got a room with 2 doubles. Also, got there and we were given our room only to find a dirty room that the maid was just starting on. had to leave our bags in my sisters room to and get to out engagement so we would not be late.

Pooh
on the road again....
The location was great, very close to downtown attractions and eateries. Visited to Louisville Bat Factory and the Louisville Zoo. Had a lot to see weekend(funny car show), horse statues, great choices of places to eat.

Hotel was good but Orbitz was wrong
Orbitz was wrong about the room having a mini-fridge and also overstated the size of the TV. At the hotel, the front desk staff was extremely helpful. They switched our room when the tub faucet broke, even though all rooms were already reserved, and they were helpful with smaller issues, too. However, housekeeping was incomplete (did not sweep bathroom or clean sink).

Very warm room
This Fairfield Inn has a great location down by the Ohio River, very close to everything in Louisville and Jeffersonville. The room was very comfortable with two chairs and a desk. I loeved the bed and slept very well. I look forward to staying there again.
