Wyndham Indianapolis West

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It is not as close to the airport as I thought.... it seems like they took a very ordinary old hotel and tried to make it nice and modern by changing some furniture... Good place if you are not too demanding.

This hotel does not look like much from the outside..... but the inside is Really Nice and the Beds are Super Comfortable..... What else do you want from a Hotel!? Would stay again and again..... Tell a friend..... YES!

The menu was over priced. The selection of food was very poor. After some review of the menu I selected wings. When they arrived the sauce was way too much to the point you couldn't enjoy the wings. They were very messy. Nothing else close enough that I could find or was informed about so I could get some good food. I also found out that a friend of mine stayed at the same hotel on the same night for half the price I paid. I had just finished a long week of study and I was looking for a good night of rest before I flew home the next morning. The room was great but I sure was disapointed with the food and selections.

The lounge staff was great. Although they say the shuttle runs every 1/2 hour, you need to sign up to ensure that it shows up. No one tells you that. I wasted an hour checking in because they kept saying my card was denied when it was their machine not working correctly. I had to call my credit card company to find out that they were not declining it. Then they sent me to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet so I had to come back down to get another room and key. She waited on 2 people before bothering to get me a new key

Conveniently located, near airport, but no shuttle bus to downtown which is 7 miles away was very inconvenient. The taxi charges so much, $20 each way, so $40 round trip plus tip!!!!

First the good - EXCELLENT friendly staff, great location. Comfortable beds, quiet room and nice amenities including 24 hr starbucks/snack cafe (pricey but not outrageous), the usual upscale inhouse restaurants, and free gym and wifi. And when booked through ORBITZ, the rates are indeed great. On the downside, the hotel has lots of nice new marble but the rooms are beginning to look run down and show age. Dirty (stained) carpets, beat up furniture, elevators that are slow and don't work well. Can't walk to the ground floor either since the fire exits are poorly placed and some exit only to the outdoors. With a freshen up it will be a better place to stay.

The staff was wonderful. Easy to get to and from. Good room for the money

Room was clean, dinner was delicious and not expensive.

I stay with two other people and stay three defferent room. Out side view of hotel is no interesting like hospital. But Everyone feel confortable to stay. We want to back to stay for next chance.
