Towneplace Suites- Indianapolis Strange

In many ways, a great place with helpful staff behind the desk, clean rooms, tasteful Mariott-style decoration. Negatives: Halls were slightly dank, and Breakfast was skimpy. My biggest gripe was their failure to follow through when I discovered spoiling milk in a carton on the 2d of a five day stay. They offered compensation, but each day never got around to it, never volunteering feedback as to why they didn't deliver (each of the remaining days). Finally they gave me a letter apologizing, and promising to send me compensation when they found the right form. Hah! That was three weeks ago. I'm not calling them - they can say nothing I'd believe, based on past performance. "Failed Promises" is the reason I would not recommend this place to anyone. Like many Mariotts I've stayed at, Mariott doesn't actually run the place, they just franchise it out.
