Minor disappointments.. feel slightly cheated..
Arrived.. Hotel over booked .. King beds for 2 rooms I reserved not available.. Hotel implied online reservations (So that means you) are problematic. Arrived.. Saw vallet sign.. 13 .. turned out that was for the restaurant and not the hotel which was 32 per night.. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you feel something was falsely advertised.. Rooms fine. Beds comfortable, great location.. no other issue

Good Short Stay
Good location and rooms were clean. Check in and out were very fast. Some unfinished parts from what looked like a recent renovation.

Drum corps championships vacation
I phoned ahead to inform the front desk that my flight was delayed and I would be a late check in around midnite. I had reserved a King Suite on the Executive 15th Floor. When I arrived I was informed all the suites were taken and I would have to wait until the next day to speak to the manager. They put me in a regular room, needless to say I was very disappointed. The next morning I was moved to a suite on the ninth floor, NOT the Executive Floor, and of coarse since I had to repack to move, then unpack a second time, that took up most of my morning. I heard from other guests that they had the same problem. They must have overbooked the suites. I won't stay there again, very average for the price. I thought Westin was better then average!

We love the heavenly beds at the Westin! We had an event downtown that evening and so the location worked well for us. Service was great, and rooms are always spotless!

Ready, Willing and Able
Our room was waiting, as was the staff to ease us into relaxation. Their restaurant/bar (Shula's was upscale, friendly and ready to assist with any libation and information about other city hot spots. The room was comfortable and we had the feeling of privacy, without outside chatter. The only suggestion would be ice machines and soda/juice machines to be more readily available. Also, street construction made it a little difficult. We would definately return.

Beautiful Hotel in a great location.
Westin was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to several attracitons and several restuarants. Westin is also connected to the Circle Center Mall which made it very conveniant. Had a good nights sleep due to the wonderful mattress and pillows. We will return to this hotel very pleased with our stay.
