Good value for the buck
Although I have to say $25 for a continental breakfast is ludicrous for an Indianapolis hotel. The lobby was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful. I have to say the floor in my hallway was pretty filthy like someone had been partying there. The only issue I had were two things: the slamming of the hotel doors which woke me out of a sound sleep a few times; and the valet guy who evidently was playing with the controls in my car and wiped out my stereo settings, changed my miles to KM and who knows what else. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Pretty good
We went up for a little weekend getaway. The hotel overall was very nice. We loved that they had a Starbucks right in the lobby! The staff was nice, but the breakfast was extremely mediocre as well as the staff at the restraunt. My fiancé and I are young and they treated us like we weren't even fit to be there at dinner time. I you are going for the pool we found it full of little kids and families :/ the location is about two blocks from the mall.

Nice hotel
I was pleasantly greeted by the hotel staff when I arrived. Unfortunately they had no record of the reservation I made through Or**tz. It didn't seem to be a big deal for the staff at the hotel to get me straightened out. Hopefully I don't get billed twice. Anyway, the room was nice. Very clean and comfortable. The tv looked like it was going to tip over, but it seeemed to win the war with gravity and managed to stay upright for my entire stay. When I return to Indianapolis I will stay at this hotel again, but probably will not book through Or**tz due to the reservation issues I encountered.

Really Nice Stay!
Super clean and neat. The housekeeping staff were always with a smile and accomodating. The location is awesome. It connects to the convention center, just across from the beautiful State building and in the center of all of really nice downtown locations such as dining and theater. You won't be dissapointed!

Minor disappointments.. feel slightly cheated..
Arrived.. Hotel over booked .. King beds for 2 rooms I reserved not available.. Hotel implied online reservations (So that means you) are problematic. Arrived.. Saw vallet sign.. 13 .. turned out that was for the restaurant and not the hotel which was 32 per night.. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you feel something was falsely advertised.. Rooms fine. Beds comfortable, great location.. no other issue
