Not so super 8

Our first room had no internet access so they finally moved us to another room. Second room had a broken air conditioner. We were on the second floor. The elevator would take you up to second floor but wouldn't let you go down from that floor. Had to take the stairs down every time!

Super 8 Indpls/NW/College Park Area, IN

The hotel is ok for me because I just paid about $50 for it. The breakfast and the internet were also very good. I would recommend this hotel if you just want a cheap and clean hotel to stay.

OK

We were there for a doctors appointment, it was fine for a one night stay. I'm not sure we would stay there again even with the low price. It was in a good location and the pool was nice. Close to many resturants and easy to get downtown. There was an ant problem.

WHAT A MESS

UPON OUR LATE ARIVAL, WE WERE PUT IN A SMOKING ROOM WHEN WE HAD SIGNED UP FOR A NON-SMOKING ROOM. THE ROOM WAS FILTHY. YELLOW STAINS ON THE COMFORTER. UPON WAKING UP IN THE AM, WE ALL THREE WERE ITCHING. CHECKED THE BED AND FOUND EVIDENCE OFSMALL "BED BUGS" IN BOTH BEDS! APPROACHED THE STAFF... THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM. I PLEAED WITH STAFF FOR A REFUND. MANAGER REFUNDED $20. ** THE MANAGER REFUSED TO REFUND ENTIRE AMOUNT DUE TO US USING [...]** PLACE IS A FILTHY MESS. I WILL REPORT THIS TO SUPER 8'S CORP OFFICE.

trip to Indy

I stayed here for just an overnight stay and over all it was ok. You could hear the people walking by and in the next room somewhat.
