Miserable
We never stayed. the room smelled like urine. Very run down. Mildew stains on the curtains. stains everywhere. Felt very unclean for my 2 little boys. unfortunately, there were no more hotels in the area. So we went to the store to get Lysol. As I was spraying lysol and wiping everything down, a bug I had never seen before crawled out from the box spring. I instantly got my boys out of the room and into the car. I googled the bug while My husband got the luggage out of the room. Just what I feared, the bug looked perfectly like a bed bug. Fortunately, we never unpacked or settled in. We were fortunate to stay with relatives at a nearby hotel. Upon returning, we requested our money back for a hotel we never stayed in. We were declined. So now not only is this Super 8 unclean, but they also lack customer service. There was no apology. My husband did go back and get video footage of this bug and no we did not lift the mattresss. I was too afraid to see....

Nice place to stay
Stayed one night and everything was OK. No complaints and I will stay there again in the future when I come back to the area.

great trip
ok the staff was by far the best. ther were friendly kind and prompt. they all worked hard to accomidate our needs. issue i had was the last day the hot water quite. they were looking into the issue. not sure if it was resolved. but i had a great time here. i was with my family for a pass before i ship over seas for military duty. and i could think of a better spot to have enjoyed our evenings together. it was quite and relaxing as well.

Bighouse
Stay at the hotel before Hospital.
Me my Mother and Father stayed at the super 8 off of indiana 31 s. we get there and have to turn on our own heater, even though its only about 14 degrees out, then the heater does'nt work wright have to mess with with it all night. went to turn the tv on guess what the remote don't work either. ask for another one got one but it didn't work either of course. one thing after another all night. [...]

NICE AND QUIET!
The room was inexpensive, but it had many amenities and was VERY quiet - I'd definitely stay there again!

staff was very helpful and friendly. everything else was horrible. the smell in the hallway...almost unbearable, the room was run down , stained furniture and caved in walls.
