Good hotel in the middle of downtown Indy.
Older hotel then others in the area but still clean and comfortable. Did have problems with the TV satellite but other then that had a good stay.

Good location and service. Reasonable price.
I stayed one night at this place, and was lucky enough to get the room with a view on Monument Circle. Had to pay extra for parking and internet, but compared to the prices that the other hotels were charging, this was a deal.

Great city center value
I managed to book a night at this Sheraton for about $150, which was much cheaper than any of the other downtown hotels. Parking and internet were an extra charges, but not too expensive ($37 for both). I would complain about the noise isolation. I happened to be on the same floor as some kind of small college outing and was woken up in the middle of the night. If that happens to you, make it known to the front desk.

Very Nice place. Great staff.
The place was close to everything and the service was great. Downtown was all in easy walking distance and the food choices in the area were awesome.

Supercross Fan From Ohio
Hot in Here
In Indy for the supercross racing at Lucas Oil Stadium, our hotel room was so hot and the hotel had the air conditioners turned off being that it was March. We requested a fan because it was so hot, and apparently everyone else did too because they told us they ran out of fans, so they gave us a personal staff fan after a whole day of complaining and "engineers" trying to fix our AC. One blanket had stains on it, and with 22 floors and only 4 elevators, wait times were very long at times, especially after they broke and the down button wouldn't work unless someone was above you. The only pleasant people were in the bar. That's not good. Breakfast service was spotty at best and you could barely understand the staff. The location is good though being right downtown and a $5 cab ride anywhere downtown as well.

Not Impressed
We stayed here because there wasn't anything left the weekend we needed. I figured it would be a nice hotel and it was, no complaints on the cleanliness of the place. We had to wait almost 45 mintues to check in becasue there was a huge line of people and only 2 people working the desks that were taking forever. Also, no breakfast was included in the meal, which I thought was not right considering the price. We also had to call room service for more toilet paper, and no one ever showed up, ended up having to track down a maid. I would only stay here again if I absoulty had no other choice.

Not what I expected
The hotel only advertises that it has a pool. when i got there we were looking foward to swimming and they only have an outdoor pool. this was very disappointing. this is also the only hotel in the area that does not serve breakfast. Hotel did not seem safe. Side doors were left unlocked late at night with a drunk disruptive running around. Will not be staying again.
