Great staff and location
The hotel itself is great. Very clean, free coffee and hot chocolate all day long. Breakfast is a free buffet style with great food. This particular hotel sits on a gorgeous canal. If you're looking for a romantic, quiet walk late at night, this is the place to stay. My only complaint is parking. It was $17 per night. Not that the price was a big deal, but I didn't find out until we were checking out that parking was not included. Also the doors aren't very sound resistant. Otherwise, it was a truly awesome stay and I will be staying again soon.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. Even suggested a local pizza place for delivery. The pizza was very good. The rooms we very nice and the lights at night were very gorgeous.

we were very pleased with our stay. the location on the canal was beautiful. would go back there again. the staff were so nice to our family.

Great place to stay!
We went to Indy for a bachelorette party and stayed at the Residence. Great hotel, very nice staff, close proximity to all the major downtown destinations. We felt safe walking everywhere. The morning breakfast was nice, lots of options and a good start to the day. Highly recommended :)

Wonderful Location
We attended Indianapolis for the INDY 500 race and the hotel was farely close to the track. The staff was very helpful with all the race info as well as great race day tips.

Short drive from hotel
Suggested to take the shuttle to the race track, however the shuttle service was a bad choice as we had to wait 2 hours after the race for a shuttle in the heat and no organization for the return shuttle. Next time we will fight the race traffic in the a/c of our car and not take the shuttle!!

Good choice
Staff was very friendly. Attractions were so close you could walk. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and the staff went out of their way to make our visit great. will stay again.
