small hotel with basic amenities but friendly service. Problem with locating the hotel, especially late at night with the whole area snow covered. Road signs not too prominent and google directions not too clear. Ended up with us going in the opposite direction and with little help from the convenience shop and petrol station operators as they too did not seem to know precisely how to get to the hotel. Finally had to telephone the hotel for directions. Hotel turning hidden slightly from the main road. otherwise, convenient enough to drive into Indianapolis downtown and also south to Bloomington.

Won't be fooled again
Passable, but not reccomendable
[...] Our room was on the second floor...surprise...no elevator! The room was fairly clean but the tv advertised Direct TV which was not available. The walls were very thin. Thin enough to hear basic conversation from rooms next door. To top things off, the staff was almost invisible. At breakfast there wasn't any staff members to replenish food or utensils. When asked, staff members directed guests to the refrigerator to find what they wanted. The location shouldn't say downtown...it's NOT downtown. For the price, you can find somewhere a lot better!

Great place to sleep
The hotel rooms where very clean. I spent alot of my time away from the hotel, only slept there. The free breakfast was not very good, but the hotel is located near some good morning eating spots. There are no extra's as far as pool, spa, or gym. I would recomend this hotel as a great place to stay and sleep, but not to vacation at. Price is very fair for what it is.

Truck Stops R Us
My family and I were driving cross country and this was our first stop. The location of the hotel was smack in the middle of a truck stop with adult entertainment a stones throw away. Our first room was absolutley filthy. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our next room had broken windows that we had to stuff towels in to keep out the cold air. The walls had unfinished painting and plastering. And the final straw was the sheets that smelt of perfume. No a very good experience. Perfect to rent by the hour!
