Quality Inn East

Let's start with the good. Most staff very profesional and friendly. Great location, restaurants and public transit right outside the door. This hotel must not have been open long. It's a fixer upper in progress. There are a lot of things falling apart. The toilet broke and the night staff didn't answer. The tissue holder was barely hanging on to the new marble counter. The windows needed to be replaced or re-sealed properly. They were taped up. YUK!! There was no shears on the windows. So we had to keep the curtains closed for privicy. When I asked to speak to a manager. It was always his day off. Two days in a row?? Only one manager?? Staff wouldn't call him with my concerns about another room. Next time I'll spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

trash all over the grounds. I added another night and the night clerk woke me up at midnight for my credit card info. When I objected to the intrusion they said I was welcombed to leave

The first room we had was a smoking room, STUNK to holy hell, and I am the smoker, carpets were disgusting and there was plywood for the counter cover in the bathroom, so we moved to another room and the staff was very accomodating to that, took a non-smoking room near the door and I went out to smoke. Water smelled dirty and a shower didn't help you feel clean at all. When leaving, we noticed garbage on the floor under the dressers, and the phone was sticky with some gunk. The internet was extremely slow if you got service at all. I have never had this type of experience at a choice hotel before... ever. Wait for the new hotel to be finished before staying there. It is very convenient to the highways and easy to get around town with many eating places in walking distance.

[...] Clothing from previous guest...drug paraphernalia..TVs had to be coaxed to work. Really question if would should of stayed. Only reason we did..was we were tired and it was only one nite. This place is a real gem!!

Staff was friendly, but hotel was outdated and shabby.

Arrived very late and met by couteous staff. Very polite and helpful.

We checked in real quick which was great. Had alot to choose from for breakfast. Easy check out. Very reasonable.

The Quality Inn & Suites EAst, Indy, IN was not what we were expecting. The hotel was very run down, not very clean. The location was good to our event that we were staying for, but other than that we would not return to this location.

The staff at the Quality Inn & Suites East in Indianapolis was extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome right from the start and took care of all our needs. Rooms were clean and very comfortable and were equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator, cable TV and free wireless Internet access. The complimentary continental breakfast was abundant and satisfying.
