Great family hotel!
The staff was helpful, the room was very nice and clean. The coffee maker and fridge in the room were nice benefits! I love my morning coffee, and didn't have to leave the room to get it! The morning breakfast had many choices too, so all of us could find our favorite items. Overall, a very good hotel!

Need to upgrade TV & cable/satellite
Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. But come on, flat panel tv's are not that expensive any more and the big tube tv is awkward. Picture on CBS was very fuzzy. I called the desk and they said to unplug, wait a minute and plug it back in. If it was still a snowy picture they would move us to another room. Wasn't about to pack it all back up just for a better tv picture. Second stay and all-in-all it is very nice. Good breakfast.

Poopstain Inn
I rented this room for $76, and at first I thought it seemed like a good deal, but then I noticed a stain on the sheet. As my girlfriend and I looked at the stain closer we noticed it was "feces" by the distinct smell. The staff was very friendly about fixing the problem, but we were very disgusted by the entire situation. When cleaning the room, the maids should at least be able to change the sheets!

North Dallas Floors Trip
I prepaid and pre-arranged my stay but the hotel said they didn't have it and couldn't find it. I had to sit in the hotel lobby for amost 3 hours to get into my room.

Pleasant Stay
Beds were not as comfortable as previous visits although we say an ad indicating newly renovated. Another guest indicated their bed was brand new so we will try again, in hopes that we will have a new bed on our next visit - the comfortable bed is well worth it!
