Fairly nice
It was a quick visit, but the staff was helpful. The lobby could use an air freshener but was clean. My room was very clean as well. I did take advantage of the breakfast which had more than enough options. My only minor negative was that the TV was rather outdated; the picture was fuzzy.

Very average motel
Very average motel. Bath towels too small. Pillows small and not enough. Maids could not understand English. [...]Musty smeel as you enter motel. Probably never stay there again.

Overall good, had trouble with my keycard but they were able to fix asap. Location was right for my needs and there are plenty of food establishments around.

Not so Great
We were staying the night to attend a wedding, when we arrived there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower, hanging over the shower rod, the room had the odor of cigarette smoke, and a burn hole from a cigarette in the bedspread, also the hair dryer did not work and they had no extras to give us, also the door would not lock when closed, unless you pulled up and slammed it, Overall it was a place to sleep, but not real nice for anything else,.

we had trouble with television, upon calling front desk clerk sent manager up imediately and moved us to room next door. great job!

Location great for anything on south side of Indy. Nice facility, clean, well maintained. All amenities as listed. First night was quiet. Our only complaint was the kids in the room above bouncing on beds starting about 6AM on Sunday. Called front desk and nothing was done to stop them.

A place to put your head.
I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last mounth. Both times I found the bath rooms dirty, towels stained, and one thing or another in ill repair. This hotel is not a place I will stay in ever again.

My review of Quality Inn & Suites
The hotel was convenient to where I neede to be. The signage at the hotel was not clear. I actually turned around in a parking lot while I was looking for it and was surprised to see that I was there. If the outside sign was easier to see from each street it would be easier to locate.
