Nice Hotel

The hotel and amenities were nice. I was very frustrated by the noise outside my room. Staff was "unable" to move me. Had to listen to drunk people laugh outside my window for most of the night. Very frustrating! Good location. Close to shopping, eating, and activities.

Comfy Nest for a Conference

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Omni Severin in Indianapolis. It was ideally located for attending a conference and accessing downtown attractions (restaurants, the mall, sports arenas, etc.). The staff from the bar to the front desk were wonderful and gave us a great, warm fuzzy and welcome feeling in Indianapolis. I wish the room had been a little bigger and that that there had been more hooks for towels in the bathroom. We stayed in a room with one queen sized bed and for two people, there wasn't a ton of space to spread our stuff out. There was a mistake when checking out with billing, but they quickly corrected it and it was not an issue. Overall, a great experience.

Great stop

We had one day to spend in Indianapolis and this was the perfect location to everything downtown. No need for a car and plenty of shops, restaurants etc to keep you occupied.

Are you kiddin me?

I flew into Indy during the winter from Florida for the colts game. I had a great time friday and Saturday in downtown Indy. The hotel was about empty Friday night. It got very full Saturday afternoon/evening as the colts fans started to show. Sunday morning when I got up to shower there was NO hot water. I called guest services, the front desk, and the manger. All I got from them was the following: "these things happen. All the people in the hotel taking showers in the morning before the game overloads the system." This was not the first time this has happened. Why don't they either upgrade the system, allow less people to check in the night before games, or at the very least warn people that the hot water may run out so we can take showers the night before !!!!!!!!

First trip to Colts Game

This was our first experience with the Omni. While the staff were welcoming and the lobby exceptional, the room my husband and is received was very small. The room seemed dated but clean. The bathroom was small and basic. We loved the location but thought it was aweful to pay $32 a night for vallet parking due to the hotel not having their own parking. There was no continental breakfast and the Starbucks was literally closed all weekend. We loved the closeness to the stadium but felt we could get more for our money staying somewhere else.
