Great Stay!

Hotel is great - clean, comfortable and is located in the center of everything. Spent the weekend with my daughter shopping and dining. Even went to Howl at the Moon piano bar and had a blast! Hotel is easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and adjacent to the City Center shopping mall. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.

Oversold

We used the workout facilities that had been moved for a renovation. There was no venalation and lots of "banging" next door. It was hot, dirty and unpleasant. The rooms were old, outdated, but the beds were good. This was oversold as a 4-star property and it needs a lot of work.

Close to Everything!!

We went to Indy to see a NBA game. The hotel was nice and right downtown close to everything. Able to walk to wherever you want to go. However our most expense was parking. The hotel does not have a parking lot. You have the choice of using the Valet which is like 27.00 a night or use the mall parking garage (20.00 for 24 hours) or another parking garage. We paid over 50.00 in parking for just 2 nights. My advice is to go ahead and use the Valet because its close in price and they bring it to you. We did alot of walking thankfully the Circle Center Mall connects to alot of business so we just walked through the mall. The Omni was a great hotel. The rooms are nice and has a huge closet in the King bed rooms. Although I have just one complain and thats that the tub stopper was broke...but overall I def would stay there again!! Indy was alot of fun. Weber's Grill is an AMAZING place to eat!!

Good location and hospitality

Came for a Colts game and the location was great. Very nice hotel; friendly staff. The skywalk to Circle Center was especially convenient in the cold Indy weather.

Awesome Getaway!

This was a very, very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were wonderful - clean, updated, tasteful - comfy bed, plush towels and linens. The location was perfect. It was a short stay (just overnight), but it was very satisfying. We are hoping to come back again soon.

Money-saving tip: In Hotel

Bring your own snacks/drinks. The hotel in-room "hospitality basket" was full of over-priced items.

Great location and elegant room.

We stayed at the Omni because it was close to the Circle Center Mall and the theatre. It snowed and we walked the circle to see the lights and drink hot chocolate. Loved the atmosphere.

Okayyy

Booked for the Colts game, stayed Sunday and Monday night. Called on Saturday to see about early check-in, was told to call Sunday morning. We showed up around 2 pm, got our reservation quickly....however, the parking was a DISASTER. DID NOT KNOW you had to pay $27 a night for valet, because they have NO parking. Not worth it. Beds are comfy, staff is OKAY, but not having any parking what so ever and telling you to park in valet because they don't handle parking is NOT worth it. WILL NOT stay again.
