Second stay
This was my second stay at Microtel Inn @ Indy airport and believe it superior to other hotels in its class in the area. (Price and location) Rooms were very well keep, clean, and well lit. Beds were quite comfortable. Check in was fast and front desk personnel were friendly. The only negative is I thought the free breakfast could have had a larger selection. As stated above, this was my second stay but not my last.

Short walk from hotel
A decent restaurant is 40 feet from the front door with room service. Or you could drive 3 or 4 miles west on Rockville and you’ll find about 20 chain restaurants and lots of shopping.

Good Stay
It was good for just the one night that we were in town, and close to 8 Seconds Saloon

Microtel is supposed to be cheap
honestly, i've never stayed at a hotel that did not give you a bar of soap. That just seemed odd. But, if you absolutely have to have a place to stay, this will do. (the cable TV had a problem freezing, but I suspect it is Comcast's fault) All in all, it's a bit overpriced for a bare-bones hotel.

Excellent Indy Experience
It was an excellent room and services were very good. The breakfast was a bit weak, but adequate. Staff was kind and always helpful. Would use it again when in town and recommend to anyone. Stayed 3 days and was grateful for the use of inroom refrigerator, micro, and coffee maker. Very clean and fairly new. Easy access off I465.

Nice place to stay for a good price
The location from downtown was great! In minutes we were in the heart of everything. It was a very nice and quiet environment. The beds were very comfortable and if I were to visit the city again I would stay again.

GREAT STAY
I've stayed many hotels on the west side over the years but this was my first at this or any other Microtel Inn. I was in town for a conference and selected it based solely on the low rate. I will admit I had low expectations (do to the low rate) but was pleasantly surprised. The exterior and lobby were warm and inviting. Check-in took less than 2 minutes! The front desk personnel were friendly. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds, sheets were soft and the bed slept fantastic. The bathroom was slightly above average and very clean. Another big surprise is how well lit the room was with two large lights above the bed. Wi-FI, was fast w/no password to fool with. On the negative side: rooms are not very soundproof and the Continental breakfast was extremely poor (on both days) All in all, the quality and cleanliness was well above average. I will unquestionably be staying again.
