La Quinta Inn Indianapolis East

Pleasant stay. The non-smoking rooms we had were clean. The complimentary breakfast had enough variety to be very serviceable, especially if you took advantage of the fresh waffle maker.

Noisy hallways all night. Restaurant next door was great though.

Great price and location. Easy access right off of I70. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

I attended a conference at the Marriotte East The first room one bed was messed up like someone had been in it so we were able to be moved next door which was much better and the room did not even smell like smoke which we were greatful for since neither one of us smoke. Maybe just a step down.

I stayed at this motel for two nights. The service was fine - the amenities are okay. The noise from doors shutting all night long and the unruly guests the second night were horrible. The security on staff tried to settle them down, but many were unable to sleep the entire night. The staff apologized, and offered to buy breakfast for me at a nearby Marriott. I just wanted to get back on the road.

The staff, location, cookout, and room were great...noise was very bad...even after 12 PM. Dog, people walking and talking load in halls. Doors need to be sealed, needs noise muffling on hall walls and under the door.

Nice motel, have stayed here 3 or 4 times. Great resteraunt next door. The last two times we have stayed there, has been very noisy, kids screaming down the hallway and the parents are just as bad. Doors slamming all night long.Other than that, its a pretty nice place to stay.

Me and my nephew stayed here while in town to attend the NCAA Final Four. This hotel met and exceeded my expectations with clean rooms, easy check in and check out, and breakfast buffet. What surprised me was since we stayed here we were allowed to use the facilities at the Marriott next door such as the pool, fitness center, and we were allowed to use the shuttle service that ran every 30 minutes from the Marriott. I was impressed by the staff and how they cared about their customers. We asked one of the staff if we could purchase a pass for the shuttle service that picked up from the Marriott. She at first told us it was only able to be purchased during bookings. As we were walking away (across the parking lot) I heard her running behind us to catch us to tell us that we were able to use the shuttle service for free since there had been a change in plans for the service. This employee certainly didn't have to run to catch us to let us know of the change but we certainly took note of it and will certainly stay at a La Quinta or Marriott in the future!

The price was decent, but the area was an older one and the hotel defintely needed a remodel. I had to wait 5 minutes at the front desk for any staff to show up. The maid knocked on our door at 9:15 to clean the room...way too early in our opinion.

We spent two nights in the hotel. The room was okay, it was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast room was to small. The second day there was a group and there were not enough seats for everybody. It was really busy at breakfast! To go downtown you need a car, with public transport it's not possible.
