Knights Inn Indianapolis East

Clean room, but walls very thin, and heater was loud enough to prevent sleep. Everything else was bare minimum, but still worth the cheap price if you can deal with no frills.

My son and I stayed at the hotel for my son's wrestling tournament. The location was great we were less then 10 minutes of the school. The advertisement said there was a refrigerator but when we checked in there was no refrigerator. This would have saved me a whole lot of money that I had to spend going out to eat. The room was not very clean, the curtains had holes, one of the windows was cracked, when we took a shower the smoke alarm went off unless we disconnected it, one of the wall lamps the wires were spliced together with wire nuts, another lamp that was attached to the ceiling had burn marks on the ceiling where it shorted out at one time and there was only one bed in the room upon paying for a rollaway for my son they informed me there was a couch in the room so I paid for a blanket, a sheet and a pillow. Luckily we were only there to sleep and take a shower.

Staff was friendly, room was older and needs update. Definitely not dirty though.

Arrived a day early and left a day early. Hotel manager would not refund the last day even though I did not stay

I was there for the nascar race and thought that this hotel would be a good place to stay becauce of the location. The ice bucket was broke there was no frig or microwave for me to put my medicine and refreshmints in. I forgot some bathroom items and most hotels have that stuff available but not this one.

Good location, but room was smelly.Clean though. Maybe A/C was off for the full hot day. No great breakfast.

I was attending The International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy convention. Poor info from The Nights Inn made it more difficult when I need some info to get around. Did not know how to give info. My husband made the reservation immediately after he check the mail to get confirmation to the ticket and found there was a mistake in the Hotel and call to try to change. No body wanted to help so that is how I ended in this poor and bad smell Inn. I could not loose the money we have already put in. What can we do when something happen like this in the future?. Even when my husband check immediately of the problem no body was willing to help us to change the Nights Inn. I can not complain from other places I have stayed previously like I am complaining now. It was truly not to pleasant I was glad when I have to leave. House keeping crew in the Nights Inn do not bother in nocking the door for room cleaning, but they just open. Very disrespectful. They did it twice. They also were pushing me out at about 11:34 a.m. when the checking out according to their sign in their rooms it is at 12:00 noon. I left very angry for this behavior and management.

Happy because it was the cheapest hotel I could find based on it being the Indy 500 weekend. But basically a very bottom of the line hotel.

The age of the hotel was the only thing that was bad. It needed maintaince to be done desperately. Mold in the bathroom. Tub stopper not working. Shower head falling out of wall. Carpet and bed sheets need replaced. The wireless was non-existent in the room. I stayed because it was payed for and was only a place to lay my head. If I would have had my family not only would I have demanded a refund I would have had to move to a different motel.

The Knight's Inn Indianapolis East turned out to be all that I wanted, nothing more and nothing less. This facility's location (just off I-70) made it a good bargain for someone who needed a shower and some sleep in between two long days of driving from central NJ to east-central KS. As a man travelling without his spouse, this inn filled a specific need, but I'm not so sure that my wife would have been delighted with the overall comfort, cleanliness, and amenities
