Knights Inn Indianapolis Airport South

I stay at this hotel all the time when I am working downtown. The location is perfect for getting food breakfast lunch dinner and the hotel is located next to a 24hr waffle house. The rates are perfect for what you get. I enjoy the staff nightly check-ins are easy to do since the hotel is open 24hrs. I drive a big truck and parking is usually hard to find but this hotel has a huge parking lot and a special lot for RV's and trucks large like mine. They have night security that keeps an eye out for my truck which is a plus since I have expensive work supplies. I have recommended this hotel to others and would continue to do so. Don't expect a Hilton just a good price and great place to rest your head.

i needed a place to stay while in Indianapolis for the moto gp race. the staff was friendly and allowed me to check in well past the 2pm check-in time. this allowed me to go straight to the track and catch qualifying. despite the overall appearance the room was clean and severed its purpose.

The room were disgusting. There was brown stains on the bed comforter were supposed to sleep on. That's right, BIG brown stains! Plaster was coming off the walls. The carpet was musty and sticky. The sinks and toilets were stained. Honestly, how someone can think that they can actually take peoples money for this is unbelievable. We left after moving to a second room with the same problems. Then we had to dispute the charges with our credit card company.

Picked this hotel for price at $100 a night for 2 nights race weekend. OMG,, what a dump. Peeling paint and plaster,, dirty windows and right next to the Flying J truckstop. My wife wouldn;t get out of the car. I asked for a refund,, nope they would not do it. [...],, you should pull this motel as it reflects badly on you. We ended up at a really nice La Quinta right down the street for the same price.

Plenty of towels,bed was clean and comfortable but there were some problems with this room.moulding around the bathroom door looked like something had chewed away at it and there were "suspicious"brown marks on the bathroom wall.It was close to the Speedway.

This by far had to be the absolute worst room I've ever stayed in. This makes a motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel.

Outside is the typical dated for this hotel chain but the inside was updated and I really couldn't have asked for a better room. Very Pleased.

We will never try a Knights Inn again! The room was dirty. The next morning the dead bolt was jammed and my husband worked for 5 minutes to try and open it. He was ready to break the door down or throw a chair through the window. The windows did not open so there was no way to climb out. After using his sneaker to help push on the dead bolt he finally got it open. The friends that were with us in the next room had the same problem with the dead bolt so it was not just our room. If there had been a fire in the middle of the night it would have been all over for us.

Upon check-in, we could not locate the remote for the TV. When we searched the drawers, we found an open, knife that one might purchase as a hunting knife in the drawer. We also found a left over denture soaker on the counter. The room was clean, but very sparce in towels. The check in was confused as there were many dissatisfied customers wanting rooms. Our room was available and fine, but it featured a jacuzzi which did not work. I would not recommend this hotel to families as it was a bit on the edgy-side from a safety standpoint.
