The Inn was conveniently located and already had great reviews, so... that is why I chose it over others in the area. I'm ... glad that I did. Although the room was small and basic, the beds were pillow-top and the hotel was quiet. I slept great! Breakfast in the morning was more than your cold cereal and bagel. Loved the waffles at 6am! There is a night club right next door, but security entry is required to get into the corridors and the parking lot was well lit. As a woman, I felt comfortable.

Trader Joe's is right across the street and within a mile of Castleton and Keystone Malls. Also, Marsh supermarket is right around the corner, and with a microwave and refridgerator in the room, snacks were convenient.

Won't Be Staying Here Again!

Check in went smoothly. Upon arrival in our non-smoking room, we found an ashtray complete with cigarette butt on an end ... table...begging the question, was the room really cleaned or did the cleaning person smoke? The desk only commented that guests sometimes ask for extra ashtrays but they're only supposed to be for smoking rooms. Then we discovered that there were no Kleenex tissues in the room. Also no note paper or pens? (Cost cutting?)When we left the hotel to shop and explore the next morning, we asked the desk to have our room made up early as we'd be back to get ready for a wedding the in the early afternoon. We left at 9:15am and returned to our room at 1:05pm. It hadn't been made up. As we'd thrown down our towels, we had to go ask for towels and Kleenex so we could get ready. We left for the wedding at 2:40pm. The staff never made up the room...! The room was a good value...if the hotel had provided the level of service as should normally be expected.

Ask about the big, fine mall just up the road a few blocks. There's a PFChangs and a Cheesecake Factory for your dining pleasure, as well as a number of lovely shopping opportunities there!

Even though it was only an overnight visit, our stay at the Jameson Inn was pleasant. The room was quiet and well-appointed ... with everything we required. The only things that could have used tweaking were the toilet paper dispenser, which was about to fall off the wall, and the clock radio, which seemed to be a tad temperamental. (In fairness, the bathroom is narrow, and it is understandable that a wide person could have had boundary issues with the paper holder, loosening it from the drywall. And ultimately, the clock radio did wake us at the appointed time.) But this is a minor issue, since everything else about our stay was ideal. The king-sized bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the staff was friendly and efficient. We plan to return on our next visit to Indy.

All I required was a clean, decent room with modern furnishings to stay at for a quick overnight stop and this Jameson Inn ... met all my requirements. It is a breeze to reach right off Int. Hwy. 465 and one can easily reach a number of stores within a mile of the motel. Pro staff, quiet room, clean, refurbished in the past couple years, room had a nice easy chair and stool, great desk and chair - and I got about 30 percent off the room price through an Orbitz discount!

The Indy NW Jameson Inn was a great value for my business trip. The location was perfect for me and there were many high ... class restaurants in close proximity. The heater worked well and didnt cut on and off all night. I was pleasantly surprised to find the tasty biscuits and gravy on the breakfast buffet.

The hotel was close to the location I needed. It was also close to shopping areas and dining establishments. The business ... center is a little lacking. All you can do is search internet. There was no software available (Word; Works) to write a letter and print. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine.

We chose this hotel after staying in a Jameson during a storm that changed our travel plans during a trip a few months ago. ... We like the large rooms and the friendly service. In addition, we were pleased that pets were allowed. It is rare to find a newer, clean hotel that allows pets.

We have stayed at this Jameson Inn several times and have alway had a nice experience. This stay was a total dissappoint. We ... stayed on Labor day weekend as kind of a end of the summer bash. When we picked this hotel specifacally because of the pool and when checking in on Saturday found out the pool was closed. The afternoon manager did come out an open it for us after we set in the parking lot with some chairs for about 30 minutes. We just thought it was for that day so we got up and went out to the pool on Saturday, same thing pool was locked. They said it needed shocked. We had to threaten to check out of the hotel before they would even consider letting us in and that was just to lie on the side of it and not get in the water. Needless to say this was a very dissappointing end of the summer bash. Overall it is a nice hotel but if you plan on laying around their pool you might call and ask if it is open first.

Jameson Inn Indy Castleton is a wonderful family hotel. Mnay other families staying there, clean rooms, wonderful maid ... service, and a very friendly staff. Location was convinient to Connor Prairie Historical area and only 20 minutes from Downtown.

I had a wonderful experience at the Jammison Inn. Our room was very comfortable, clean, with modern ammenities. There was a ... flat screen TV in the bed room, and marble sink in the vanity area. The location was close to restaurants and the mall. The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel served a delicious breakfast that included waffles, bagels, cerals, and or fruit.
