Need to upgrade TV & cable/satellite
Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. But come on, flat panel tv's are not that expensive any more and the big tube tv is awkward. Picture on CBS was very fuzzy. I called the desk and they said to unplug, wait a minute and plug it back in. If it was still a snowy picture they would move us to another room. Wasn't about to pack it all back up just for a better tv picture. Second stay and all-in-all it is very nice. Good breakfast.

Poopstain Inn
I rented this room for $76, and at first I thought it seemed like a good deal, but then I noticed a stain on the sheet. As my girlfriend and I looked at the stain closer we noticed it was "feces" by the distinct smell. The staff was very friendly about fixing the problem, but we were very disgusted by the entire situation. When cleaning the room, the maids should at least be able to change the sheets!

I prepaid and pre-arranged my stay but the hotel said they didn't have it and couldn't find it. I had to sit in the hotel lobby for amost 3 hours to get into my room.

Pleasant Stay
Beds were not as comfortable as previous visits although we say an ad indicating newly renovated. Another guest indicated their bed was brand new so we will try again, in hopes that we will have a new bed on our next visit - the comfortable bed is well worth it!

Quite bad experience
We have been travelling quite often and have always booked our hotels through [...] without any problems. Until we arrived at Jameson Inn. We arrived around 1am, which shouldn't be a problem. We notified [...] that we would have a late arrival. During check-in the staff member notified us that they didn't have a reservation. I told him it was booked through [...], but he stated he never heard of them. He checked his computer, and said "You are not in there, sorry". And that was it. I showed him the reservation form that I printed, and still he couldn't find anything. The only thing he did was helping another customer and basically leave us stand there. So as it was really late and the rest of our party was really tired, I called [...] and the customer service rep had no problem calling him directly and settling this. Within 5 minutes, everything was settled. However, the rude and ignoring attitude of the clerk definitely did not make us feel happy about staying here. All he had to say was :"Good think you had there phone number". Wow. Where is customer service going to these days? The room was decent, however, all towels had yellow stains on them and we had to request extra clean towels. The breakfast was basically the highlight. They had biscuits and gravy, and well, that makes my day :)
