Shopping and restaurants were close and easy to get to.I went to visit family for Thanksgiving and the hotel was in the ... middle of each family member and next to I-65. I usually stay at a Major hotel accross the road but Jameson Inn was half the price and cleaner.

Hotel was nice I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere on every night but my last one. On the last night high school kids for Bands ... of America stayed at the hotel. They were very noisy late into the night.

Unexpectedly had a hot tub in my room!

It was nicer than I expected based on the price. The big surprise was a whirpool bathtub (in addition to the one in the ... bathroom) which I enjoyed while I watch TV. That may have only been because there was a High School Band staying there and I may have been upgraded...but i didnt even ask;) Also surprisingly quiet despite 200 teenagers on a sugar high after a day of performing.

This is an older 1970's property that has been updated and renovated very nicely. The staff is friendly, and the lobby, ... hallways, and most importantly the room were spotless and incredibly clean. Don't let the outside fool you...it may not look as "modern" as the Comfort Suites next door, but it's a great place to stay. And the breakfast was good.

The room was very nice. There were plenty of options to choose from for dining. The hotel was only about ten minutes from the ... downtown area. The hotel is located right off the interstate, so it was a little noisy...but not enough to bother us...we slept great! When we asked for an extra towel, they didn't have any and had to give us some extra hand towels.

I chose this hotel because of it's internet rating going into a small independent hotel chain with great doubt. I was very ... impressed by the cleanliness, hospitality, condition of my room, the constantly refreshed breakfast bar. There was a FFA convention with tons of kids doing their thing in the hallways but all calmed down around bedtime. Desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Their rating is well deserved.

Arrived to find the hotel booked to limits, meaning my reservation did not confirm I'd get the room I wanted (king, non ... smoking.) ... The beds in the room were stiff, with springs jutting into my back pretty much all night. The complimentary breakfast bar was on par, at least.... and oped until 10:30, allowing us to sleep in a bit before grabbing the free bite to eat. The whole hotel, I must say though, smelled of cigarettes. Staff was as courteous as they could be be... Ultimately, it's a chain place that is comparable to just about any other chain. Nothing really stands out. Standard TV with not so many decent stations... and no opportunity to rent anything. In room refrigerator could not cool down a pop, even after being left over night... had to toss it into the tiny freezer. Room was laid out well enough. Quiet, despite being so close to the highway.

My husband and I stopped overnight in at the Jameson Inn while driving from South Carolina to Wisconsin. The hotel has ... obviously undergone some nice renovations, with new linens, mattresses, furniture, etc. The room was extremely comfortable. The hotel, however, is RIGHT next to the interstate, and we had a room facing it. We could hear quite a bit of road noise throughout our stay. It wasn't overly bothersome, and we were able to sleep, but if someone is sensitive to noise, I would suggest asking for a room not facing the highway.

We went to a rock concert in Indy and had a good time at the hotel. IT was peaceful. The beds were wonderfully comfortable ... and it was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. For the price, location, and comfort this place is a must for anyone. I WILL be booking my stay at Jameson Inn again.

We traveled with some special needs (oxygen delivered) and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were larger than ... expected and very clean. We had granite counter tops in the bathroom area. The continental breakfast consists of self made Belgian waffles, which were very good and biscuits and gravy, which were ok. The hotel is located next to Cracker Barrel and KFC - all within walking distance from the front entrance. My only real criticism is the comforter was not very warm. Overall, a pleasurable stay with unexpected amenities.

The Jameson Inn was very comfortable, however, during my stay it seemed liked there was a sports event in town and it was ... difficult to find quiet time. I also noticed the room I stayed in (103), the door was visibly damaged by being previously pried opened. I was a bit uncomfortable knowing I was only two doors from the exit. Otherwise, my stay was very comfortable and the services were fine.
