Comfortable room, great breakfast
We needed a place near the airport that was easy to get to. It's about ten minutes away and very accessible. The room was big and comfortable. The only odd thing about it was that the toilet's water was shut off. I turned it back on and it worked fine, but I've never encountered that before. The breakfast room is well-stocked and included fresh breakfast sandwiches and waffles. Very pleased.

Wonderful!
Everything was perfect! Location (i needed to stay only one night after a late flight to take the shuttle from the airport the next morning), staff, breakfast (also vegetarian food!), room (very big with all amenities), shuttle service to/from Indianapolis airport. I absolute recommend it!!!

Comfortable and relaxing
Very friendly staff, rooms nicely layed out and equipped, very quiet. Breakfast is average and needs some improvement... Overall good value for your money.

Very nice Hotel
Hotel was very clean and modern. Loved the room and lobby. Staff was just ordinary nothing specail. Hotel food was ok - bakery items were really good. Dont buy the eggs off the menu unless you like eggs out of a carton. Otherwise, very nice place.

Perfect Formula for the Business Traveler
The Hyatt Place has really thought of everything for the business traveler. The room has a luxurious feel and is very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has real silverware and plates, not plastic. You can get a nice, healthy, affordable meal in the evenings. The workout facility is fully equipped with weight machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. I always stay in the Hyatt Place if there is one near where I'll be.

This Hyatt Place was trying out a broader, prepared on site, evening menu. Big hit with me! I sat comfortably in the dining area and had my dinner. Very convenient. The meals were very good.

Overall pleasant stay
We had a pleasant stay over all. Staff was pleasant and responsive, the room was clean. Breakfast was ok, they had plenty of choices of dry cereals, fruit, toast, etc...light on protein choices.

Comfortable and clean room
The continental breakfast was a surprize luxury for a family that didnt want to get up to go out for food. The room was spotless and very comfortable.

Really impressed
Thought at this location and price point I would be less than thrilled. I was wrong! Great staff and really liked the layout of the room. Nice and clean. Lacked nothing. I would definetly stay there again.
