Keystone at the Crossing hotel offers shopping and business convenience

We have stayed here several times before and always enjoyed our stays. The room, TV, shower and bed were all comfortable/good, though the sink faucet was not tight into the sink counter. Location is great-in the heart of Keystone at the Crossing. We were disappointed in the quality of the breakfast, particularly the fresh fruit, which had an "off" taste.

clean and convenient - although for marathoners who need to get downtown early - their breakfast was not available and they were not even getting the cold items out at the posted time of 7am - disappointing given that we had expected to be able to grab a bagel and some fruit on the way out.

Abssolutely loved this hotel. The staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and modern. The room were amazing. They were MASSIVE and very spacious.

enjoyed the location
hotel was great, room was big, location was great, the Keystone is a great area for shopping and Season 52 resturant.... I would highly recommend for dinner, was walking distance.

Great get away!
My spouse and I enjoyed a great "date night" in the area. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel.

This will do, nothing special
The hotel is pleasant, clean and professional, with a good, helpful staff, but it is definitely a no-frills experience. The continental breakfast offered is nothing special - I did not explore the other breakfast options. Snacks and soft drinks are available in the lobby, but there is no room service. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. Location is good for shopping and entertainment.

Great location to shopping and resturants. My daughters, friends and I were on a wedding dress hunt and the hotel was a perfect location for our adventure. The room was very spacious and had a wonderful sofa sectional and large screen tv for all to enjoy. We also had plenty of space for a pack-and-play for our youngest member of the party a 6 month old. The frig was a great extra!

Good Hotel, Staff needs more experience
The room was great, it was newly renovated and great layout. The bathroom was a little small,but other than that no complaints. The one bad thing was that the maid forgot to clean the room. The hotel responded by sending someone immediately to clean up.

Couple Retreat
Not as accomidating as expected
Nice hotel except of slamming of doors at 3:30 in the morning. The morning breakfast wasn't anything fancy, just wish the staff would have been able to keep up with refilling the coffee in the morning. There were several times were it ran out.
