The accommodations at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis at the Crossing consist of studio suites, one bedroom or two bedroom guest rooms.  Each has a separate living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen for those who want to fend for themselves.  Kitchens include a refrigerator, microwave, stove and a dishwasher.  Each suite has two TVs, complimentary access to the Internet and two phone lines, each with voice mail.  The Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis at the Crossing hotel have a king sized bed and a double bed in the two bedroom suite, a king sized bed in the one bedroom suite or two doubles, and doubles in the studios.  Guests can also opt for rooms suitable for the mobility impaired if needed.  Breakfasts are complimentary and, from Monday to Friday, there are evening receptions with complimentary meals.

Saturday night stay

This hotel is in a great location if you need to be on the north side of Indy. When i booked i must have made a mistake and chosen a smoking room. Rooms were hard to come by as it was a huge weekend in Indy. When i called the hotel directly to tell them of my problem they told me to call back in the morning to see if any non smoking rooms had opened up. I called on Saturday morning and the same person answered the phone. I reminded him of my problem and he had already taken care of it when he got to work in the morning. I appreciate that kind of attention to detail. The actual rooms seem like they could use some updating. They could use a freshen up with perhaps some new decor and furniture. The room was clean and served our needs well. We received a call 20 minutes after we checked in to make sure everything was acceptable. Again, nice attention to customer satisfaction. All in all a nice stay with staff that seems to understand how to take care of customers. I thought it was expensive for an Indianapolis hotel but again..i booked at last minute and it was a particularly busy weekend so i was happy to get the room.

"Everything you need and then some"

AT a conference downtown, (a little far from downtown)but not bad. Room was awesome, couldn't imagine what else you might need.

Great Weekend Get-Away

Nice, clean & comfortable room. Bed was very good, close to sleeping at home comfort. Nice breakfast and plenty of staff to restock & clean.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Tomo Sushi & Japanese Steak House was a short drive south of the hotel. The Angel roll was very good.

Nothing special but not bad

The place wasn't bad but we won't go back. Front door looked like someone tried to kick it down. TV remote didn't work very well. But overall, not bad for the price.

"Nice Getaway for the Weekend"

Access to the internet was very simple, had DVD player in room to watch movies, the bed was very comfortable. There were several children in the hotel that were running up & down the halls & fire alarm went off about 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. I would suggest people who come with there children should watch them more closely and not let them run wild. And I am assuming they were kids. Besides that I did enjoy my stay - staff were very friendly.

Perfect Hotel

The hotel felt more like a small apartment. It was decorated wonderfully, and felt very warm and inviting. Location was perfect and the entire stay went perfect.

clean and organized

The suite was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was organized well, so that we could shower and get ready without being in each other's way.

Perfect Room for Vacation

We wished that we could of spent more time at the room! The granite countertops was just the perfect touch to this suite room. It really felt like an upscale room for a bargain price
