Lackluster at best.

They advertise high speed Internet service, but I found it to be virtually unusable 90% of the time. The satellite television system would pop up "searching for satellite" several times an hour interrupting anything that might be on. The cleaning staff did a fine job the first couple of days, but the quality of service dropped drastically toward the end of the week. Overall, I truly wish I had chosen a different hotel.

Business Friendly

The room was cleaned wonderuflly each day with fresh linen! I was pleased with the hot breakfast each morning and provided coffee 24-7. I did have one issue with a family memeber trying to call my room and the front desk didn't answer 3 times to tranfer them. Maybe an extension to the rooms would be helpful. Also as far as amenities, it would have been a bonus to have a fridge in my room. But otherwise the stay was great!

Good

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I was in businessmeetings most of the day, so I really only slept and ate breakfast.

Excellent facility for the price

I was not disappointed. I have been used to excellent service from Holiday Inn facilities around the world.

Great Experience

From the start the staff accomodated our special needs to be on the ground floor close to a door. The staff suggested a great place to dine and helped out with a toiletry need. The room was spotless clean and the breakfast area was well attended to even when it was a very popular a.m. spot.
