Awesome
our stay at the holiday inn express couldn't have went any smoother or been anymore inviting, we shall return.

Holiday Inn Express - Indianapolis, IN
The hotel was clean and offered a comfortable atmosphere, however the building structure itself was the worst of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The floors and walls of the hotel did not block sound at all, we could here everything going on outside of our room, our neighbors beside and above us. The breakfast that is advertised so well is horrible cheap disgusting food, even the coffee was terrible. But the worst thing of all was that the staff did not take the time to take care of us as a customer or even seem to care at all that we were up all night because of the party or whatever it was going on in the room above us. We had to make 2 phonecalls during the night - actually early morning to ask for something to be done. The next morning the staff said there was nothing they could for us but apologize.When you are paying for a quality stay and a good nights sleep, you should receive that, or at least be compensated if it can not be offered. We won't choose a Holiday Inn Express again.

Great facility for a weekend trip. Even though it was not a suite, the room had enough space (without feeling crowded) for the 2 king-sized beds which were very comfortable. It's too bad we couldn't sleep in on this trip... Free breakfast was good, though some other brands have better. Really nothing to complain of.

Pillow Heaven
This was one of the nicest hotels just as nice as the Hyatt, Sheraton or Omni without the concierge and fancy restaurants. The beds were huge with more pillows than I have ever seen in ANY hotel! The furnishings/deco were modern and clean. The hotel attendant asked where we got such a good rate? They said we had the cheapest rates given ever! That made us feel good!!! We will definitely go back. We were staying there so we wouldn't be out drinking and driving. It was all a good thing.
