Many problems, you decide.
Our first room overlooked Lucas Oil Stadium, but the heater was not working. We called and they moved us to another room. The new room was considerably smaller and overlooked a bar. The spa was not working properly. The jets would not work and the water was luke warm. The rust on the walls of the hot tub and in the pool area was excessive. One of the machines in the fitness center did not work. Now, there were some positives. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is great. The pillows and flat screen TV was very nice. The location was easy to get to. If you were going to a Colts game, by FAR the best location of any other hotel. Just evaluate what you want before staying here. If the recreational items are important to you, stay somewhere else. If not, it is OK.

Helpful
The hotel was in great condition and located close to the conference we were attending in downtown Indy. The concierge was most helpful with directions and he even upgraded our room at no cost (we had a third person).

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Value for money. Hotel staff were friendly, room was clean, with good amenities. Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties. In the morning, I had free transportation to my interview place for free of cost. Overall, a very good experience.

Holiday Inn Indianapolis
The King suite was huge and pretty clean. Only downer was that the window had condensation all over the outside.....couldn't see out of most of it. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. Parking was $12.00 a day (I thought it was complimentary...IT'S NOT) which is WAY cheaper than most hotels in town. This hotel IS within walking distance to downtown and soooo many food options!

Holiday Inn Express stay
The hotel was great, staff were very accommodating and courteous, hotel was very clean, continental breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean and tidy, bed was excellent. No complaints. Only slight problem with our room key needed to be reprogrammed a couple times, apparently our stay was only 3 nights according to the check-in clerk. Nothing serious. Shuttle driver was excellent she knew the city well, and explained as much as she could to us while driving us to our destination. We would have liked a coutesy shuttle to the airport, we had to be there very early in the morning, and had to wait and pay for a cab. The driver said sometimes the hotel pays for the cab, how do you find out about having a cab or shuttle to the airport?

There was a coffee mug in my room when I arrived, full of old coffee. There were tabs from soda cans on the floor and other little pieces of trash. Fortunately, I'm not a neat freak, but I did question if the room had been cleaned before I arrived. The staff was fine, but did not exude a welcoming nature. Great location, .2 miles from Convention Center back door and 50 yards from the FB stadium. Great cinnamon buns for breakfast.
