There was a coffee mug in my room when I arrived, full of old coffee. There were tabs from soda cans on the floor and other little pieces of trash. Fortunately, I'm not a neat freak, but I did question if the room had been cleaned before I arrived. The staff was fine, but did not exude a welcoming nature. Great location, .2 miles from Convention Center back door and 50 yards from the FB stadium. Great cinnamon buns for breakfast.

Can't beat this location!
My friend and I stayed here when we went to a concert in July. Rooms at this hotel sell out quickly so if you would like a good price you need to book early as possible. We ended with a king sized bed (with two females it was kind of awkward) but we kept the room because we had a world pool tub wich was nice on a very hot day. You are close to EVERYTHING at this hotel...downtown, the zoo and all the sports arenas (right across the street from Locus Oil Stadium).

Good location - very convenient
We were in Indy for the Drum Corps International World Championships at Lucas Oil Stadium, so the location of the Hotel was very convenient for us (right across the street from the stadium). The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were no problems, other than an elevator that malfunctioned (but was repaired right away), and a lot of noise on our last evening there.

The best for price and location.
We were there for the Indy 500. The rooms and staff were great! Rooms very clean, well appointed and spacious. The staff were extremely accommodating, even under the unique pressures of the weekend. The manager was excelllent and the entire experience was outstanding.

Excellent place to stay and walk to Conseco, or Lucas Oil Stadiums. Parking was adequate, Breakfast was good with a broad selection. Is also very close to the Indians Stadium.

The enviorment was nice but the hotel had its flaws. The jacuzzi jets didnt work,it didnt have a microwave or a fridge and the associate with [...]said there was.
