Not Impressed
I booked a room with a King bed for my wife and I to celebrate Valentines Day together. When I checked in they said they only had a room with 2 beds. After expressing my displeasure with the situation all he could offer me for compensation was a free breakfast in the morning, but that doesn't make up for the sleeping situation. The worst part was when we actually ate the breakfast... it was horrible, my wife couldn't even eat it. So overall it was the worst hotel experience we've ever had and we will not be returning in the future.

Comfortable and relaxing
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The location was great as it was near shopping and dining. The only complaint is there was not a good selection of channels on the tv.

Nice rooms and friendly staff
Minor problem with toilet flap. Staff was made aware of it upon checkout. Otherwise, everything is what my wife and I have come to expect of this hotel's properties.

no internet in room
You had to pay extra for in room internet everyone else around includes it and the rooms are less. We stayed at the Hilton because we wanted the best and got second class.

Great stay
Very straight-forward stay. We were out there for the Indy 500. The self-check-in was smooth and offered us a choice of rooms. The room was very clean and well presented. However, the main AC vent was right over the thermostat and it seemed the vent in the restroom was not getting sufficient air so it was a warm stay. Also, half the parking out front was roped off for reasons that weren't readily apparent (i.e. not recently paved or painted). The soundproofing was great as we heard nothing of the outside world and it was very convenient to 465. There is not a lot to do right where the hotel is but it is near a lot of shopping and about 10 minutes from downtown. Unless you have to be in the heart of it all I would recommend it.

HOTEL HAD EVERYTHING TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
THE HILTON HOTEL WAS VERY NICE, ROOM LARGER THAN MOST, WITH DESK, SITTING AREA. I WAS LATE CHECKING OUT AND THE BREAKFAST MENU WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND THE EMPLOYEE SAID WE COULD STILL DO CERTAIN THINGS STILL ON THE MENU WHICH MADE ME EXTREMELY HAPPY (OMELETTE, COFFEE, TOAST). WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN. FRIENDLY STAFF, WOULD NEXT TIME PUT DO NOT DISTURB ON DOOR, SINCE THE CLEANING PEOPLE WERE ACROSS THE HALL CLEANING AND WERE NOISY WAKING ME UP BUT THEY WERE ONLY DOING THEIR JOB!
