good quality downtown business hotel
I was there for a deposition of an expert in a court case. First room assigned to me had not been cleaned. Second room assigned to me had key for first room so I could not enter. Third time was the charm. They gave me a new key so I could enter the second room - it was spacious and nice. Room service food was merely ok. Breakfast next am was excellent. Hotel comped me for the breakfast because of the trouble on check in. I have not had this type of trouble at check before.

Stayed at the Hilton during the NCAA women's basketball tournament. The location of the hotel could not have been better . The hotel was great -large rooms, comfy bed,and pictures from [...]site were as I remembered them.

A great place to stay!
This hotel is in a great location in downtown Indianapolis, close to the Centre Mall and many restaruants. We walked to Mass Ave, with many unusual shops and a great pizza place.

Out of Town Girl
Great location, great sized room
Our hotel was close enough to circle centre and other attractions downtown that we needed to get to. It was easy to find for an out of town person with parking right behind the hotel. I wish however that you could get a few dollars off parking if you are staying in the hotel since you are already paying for the hotel room why should i have to pay for parking too i havent had to at any other hotel that i have traveled to. The hotel had great service with very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and provided with ample amounts of items needed for our stay.

Rude staff on check in
Arrived at 3:15PM, room not ready. They informed me that check in was not available until 4PM. The persons in front of me and behind were able to check in with no issues. Why? They said their rooms were ready and available. Does this hotel discriminate against online booking sites - OBVIOUSLY it does. The room seemed clean, but the staff was underwhelming. To many other great hotels in Indy downtown to put up with this stuff - not staying here again for a long while. Mattress on bed could stand to be changed, slid to middle.
