Great Hotel for Butler parents!

My wife doesn't like to travel due to some of the bad experiences we've encountered with hotels. She has decided that this is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. We traveled to Indy for our Daughter's recital at Butler and liked this hotel very much. It seemed so new that my wife asked how old it was and we were shocked to find out that it opened in late 2008. We definitely will stay here again!

handicap room

I am not happy with being assigned a handicap room when i book thru [...]......I want to be treated as any other customer...don't look at me as a second class customer just because I book thru [...]........i am running out of patience [...].........

Why am I "put" in a lesser room [next to elevator, handicap room] when I book on [...]......the hotel tells me that is [...] choice...........I DO NOT LIKE BEING TREATED AS A "SECOND CLASS" CUSTOMER.............I think the hotels do the selection of lesser rooms......Comments????????

Very clean, Staff were friendly &helpful

everyone was friendly even the guests. I traveled with a baby so I didn't get to go to the pool or fitness room. The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Fantastic hotel for an afforable rate

We were planning a trip to see the Indianapolis Colts for our very first NFL game! We wanted to find a hotel that was close enough to the stadium but not too expensive. The Hampton Inn was the perfect location and, most importantly, the perfect rate for our family!

Shh! Don't tell anyone about this place!

Very nice! Off the beaten path typical of most business hotels. Really quiet from outside noise. Interior doors even shut quietly when guests were leaving. While the hotel is 7 months old, it still had a new, fresh appearance. If I had any disappointment, it was some distance to restaurants, but I was happy to trade that small inconvenience for the experience.

Area - Off Highway

I stayed in this Hampton as there were no rooms closer to where I had business. The hotel is quite comparable to any other Hampton I have visited across the US. The area around the hotel is a bit different as there aren't any nicer restuarants in the area and the Bob Evans and an Italian take out place were very marginal. The staff was nice and helpful as they usually are at the Hampton chain and the breakfast was in the upper third of the Hamptons I have visited (Probably over 50).
