Gatehouse Suites Indianapolis at the Pyramids

This was the worst experience ever! Rooms appearance was great - clean/good for the value, BUT the staff had to call the police because one of the guest was having a party of 50 or more. All the parking was taken, and the volume of noise at midnight - past 2 a.m. was ridiculous. The staff acted as if this was something that happens often and not really willing to help resolve the issue. And in plain site there was a "NO PARTY POLICY" Obviously not observed by this hotel! The police were called, but as soon as they left, the crowd was starting to come back. Waking up family to stay at their house and sleep on the couch at 2 a.m. was not an ideal situation.

Before I booked my room, I personally called the hotel to make sure they had a pool that my kids could swim in. She informed me that their pool was closed for cleaning but that there was a gym across the street that was open 24 hrs that we could swim in. Long story short, they werent open 24 hrs and kids have to be 14 to swim. All this equals 2 really sad kids. Rate was good, Room was good, but left incredibly disappointed!

The room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is a motel bed, so don’t expect a memory foam. There is WiFi, modem, a full kitchen (it was immaculate), however more then 50 restaurants are within a mile and the majority are within walking distance. Additionally a modest continental breakfast is provided. Walking distance to shopping, banks, professional offices, etc.

This place puts other hotels to shame. Everything about this place is great although it would be nice if the breakfast ran a little later. very comfortable, clean, and a fantastic breakfast

Have stayed here many times this year. Value is great with cooking stove , full frig and microwave, all. Utensils are adequate. Plenty of space so one does not feel cramped as with most other ''extended stay '' hotels. Very excellent value for the money. Nice breakfast on weekdays, with a bit less to eat offered on weekends, but still super place to stay.

The hotel is a good standard hotel. Its a shame that they have no fitness room. For the rest it is a quit and relaxing suite

Way bigger than I imagined!I've stayed twice already in a two week time period.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was larger than expected and the bed was comfortable. Having a FULL kitchen is an unexpected bonus. While I did not cook during this trip, knowing I could grocery shop and save on meals is very appealing. They do serve a complimentary breakfast from 6:30 am - 8:30 am. I was in full relaxation mode however and never made it to breakfast. Longer breakfast hours would be appreciated. Overall I was pleased with the value I got for my money.

We felt very comfortable in our large room. It felt like a small roomy apartment. It did not look like a standard hotel. It was like a "home away from home" It was priced right, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was just right. We found the kitchen and couch and WiFi to be helpful as well. We would stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value was unbeatable; it truly was a home away from home! Having a full kitchen allowed me to save money from having to eat out everyday. I was able to prepare meals in a home enviroment. The ambiance of the fireplace in the evening helped me to unwind from the day. The hotel was accessible to restaurants and shopping for all of my needs. I will never stay anywhere else!!!
