Family Reunion

Nice but under some renovation
Nice experience. Staff very friendly and courteous. Doing some updating and renovating from a previous problem, but overall room and service was fine. Only thing I would recommend...only 2 wash clothes in bathroom. We were only there overnight so we managed, but would ask for more next time.

Nice out of town evening
The room was extremely clean and everything was organized. The bathroom had plenty of room to spare. Have to say, it was one of the largest rooms, this side of a suite we have ever stayed in. Enjoyed the stay, wish it could have been longer.

Friendly, helpful and prepared.
The staff here was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were here for the Indy 500 and the hotel was very accommodating. They offered theme oriented meals, prepared lunches to take to the track, and ice, water and sunscreen for those who needed it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again.

Nice Place to stay for the Race Weekend
Very comfortable room with all the amenities. The only negatives were that the ice machine on our floor didn't work and the double doors leading from the lobby through the atrium to the elevator need to be automatic. Its very hard to handle luggage etc and manage doors.

Less wearry traveller
Great place to stay
While off the interstate, certainly doesn't feel like it. For years I've been looking for someplace centrally located between family members on the north side and this is it. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. This was my second time here and had a great experience both times. Will be back.

When exiting onto 31 from 103rd St. and needing to access 465, at the light be sure to turn into the far right lane for both East and West. There is only one entrance lane and it come up fast. If not, you'll be going up to the next light and turning around.

Sleepless Nights @ Four Points Carmel
This hotel's rear property line is about 20 yards from I-465 East in Carmel/ Indianapolis. The "highway rooms" on the South side provide the perfect setting for a "sleepless night" which is exactly what we had for our two night stay. Our request to be moved fell on deaf ears. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they suffer from insomnia and plan on not sleeping anyway. They could stay up all night and count the semi trucks pasing by their window all night. I must add that the front desk supervisor responded to my unhappy review with an offer to make it up. That was nice of her. She said that she could not sleep on the highway side either.

Four Points Sheraton in Indianapolis IN
There really wasn't anything missing at the hotel that would have made my stay even more enjoyable. It was very spacious and had friendly staff. It was a nice room for a low price. There was a fitness facility and pool area that were decent.
