Close to activities in Downtown Indy and TGI Fridays room service (not happy with upcharge because of SUperBowl week) was a plus. Location was great!! Unlimited in/out of Valet was a plus!

I could not sleep
I think they were pumping water out of their basement or something. the machine outside was running till 2am after midnight. I even called the front desk but they said there is nothing they could do. i had an important meeting next day. The humming sound was so horrible i put two pillow around my ears but still not able to sleep. i wish i could have booked some other hotel that night.

Great couples weekend getaway
Hotel was very nice, room was clean and comfortable. staff was very friendly and knowledable. It was so nice to be able to utilize the sky walks via the Convention Center enroute to the Lucas Oil Stadium no need to go out into the cold weather. The only draw back that I could see was the $23.00 charge to park in the parking garage but considering it was downtown Indy. I can deal with the charge. But overall, would definately recommend this hotel and would most definately stay there again.

Colts game and shopping
Hotel and staff were awesome, parking was $23 though. Room was very nice and clean - and comfortable. We could walk through the Indiana Convention center and get to Lucas Oil Field without going out into the weather. You can do the same to get down town to the Circle Center Mall. By far the most reasonably priced hotel in the down town area. We'll definately be back!!!!

Fantastic All Around
I recently visited this hotel for a conference that was held next door at the JW Marriott but on my institutions budget we could not afford the JW. Well we got 5 star at the Fairfield Inn for several hundreds less. I stayed in a King suite that was so comfortable and the bed was to die for and to top it off the shower was amazing. In addition, Kyla, Lacy and all of the staff were amazing. TGIF was right downstairs and delivered to my room, on a Friday night within 15 minutes (it does not get any better than this). There was free breakfast that was wonderful and fresh and a great selection always. The hotel also connected to the JW and so many other hotels and the mall a few minutes away either by skybridges or via a nice crisp walk outside. The staff in the Breakfast room also collected used yogurt lids to join with Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Research, how cool is that. I will definitely return to this Fairfield Inn. Kudos!!!!!!!

Right outside the main lobby is a TGIF and right next door in the JW is a Starbucks on the second floor and you never even have to step outside in the wonderful Indiana winds.

MotoGP escape
Had an enjoyable time at this hotel. Room cleanliness was above par, staff was friendly and checking in/out couldn't be easier. If there was anything that was a bit of an distraction was parking. I don't know what it is like when there isn't an event going but I came for the MotoGP race and in the three days there I was expecting to self park most of those days but after the first night found that it was next to impossible and that valet parking was my only option which was a little more pricier. The good thing though was it wasn't much more. Aside from this I had an enjoyable time and would recommend this place.

Absolutely LOVE the location and the TGI Friday's in the lobby. The rooms were smaller than most, but very clean and uniquely decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and the friendliest I've come across. I'll definately be returning!!

The hotel is located downtown close to Lucas Oil Stadium, Mall and downtown dining. I would recommend and stay again at this Hotel; now that I am over the shock to pay to park starting at $23.00 a day.

Wonderful hotel...bad pool.
My friend and I went to Indianapolis because our children were on a Choral trip there. We went to the Indiana State Museum, an Imax movie, the Arts Garden, and Conner Prairie. All of these were wonderful. The hotel was great. I thought the rooms were very nice. A small refrigerator and microwave in the room would have been nice, but we did fine without them. The only complaint that I have is that the Fairfield, Courtyard, and Springhill all share one TINY indoor pool. Only fifteen people can be in the pool at a time. The kids complained that a few of them got sick from the chlorine in the pool.

Brand new, great location, great service
We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for the Indy 500 race weekend and had a great overall experience. The hotel is brand new, with a lovely lobby area, and a deluxe continental breakfast each morning. Our room was adequate as far as size, not an overly spaciousness room, but sufficient enough space to move around the king size bed. The bathroom was nice, with a brand new walk-in shower and an adjustable shower head. The hotel itself is in a great downtown location with everything in walking distance. We walked to restaurants and bars and were able to enjoy the canal walk and many nearby museums, just steps from the hotel. The hotel also offers a fitness center, room service, a TGIFridays on location and also an outdoor lounge which offers delicious cocktails & nibbles in a great outdoor setting. I would definitely stay again!
