Hotel was DIRTY, broken fixtures, 60 degrees, SAD!

The room I stayed in could definitely use some updating. The carpeting was filthy and had cigarette burns in multiple places. The towels/pillow cases were supposed to be white, but were definitely more a shade of yellow. Even the coffee the next morning was lukewarm instead of hot. Next time I'm taking my friend up on the offer to crash at her place!

Great value. A clean room - a little bit of a smell that reminded me of old cigarette smoking.

The rooms and bathrooms were neat n clean. The staff was very helpful, in spite of we arriving late in the early hours of the morning. Overall it was a good experience.

Pleasant and relaxing

They charge a fee to have housekeeping clean your room, bring towels, change bedding, or to even bring toilet paper to the room. You have to go down to the front desk every day to ask for anything you need. Internet was not free and you had to pay a service fee for that as well. At night there were no front desk staff on duty, only cleaning staff. When we checked in they did not give us the room we wanted and this happened to several others that checked in at the same time. A friend of mine checked in and his room did not even have a smoke detector you could clearly see it was ripped right out of the wall. The breakfest consisted of bagels (when they had them 2 out of the 5 days we were there) and muffins. Overall this was the worst hotel stay ever. Do not stay here ever!!!

When I got there it looked fine from the outside. The staff was unfriendly and it smelled like cigarettes everywhere. I was about to go back out to my car when I looked at the front door and there was a group of 9 people smoking and drinking outside the lobby. I was scared for my life and stayed in the room without eating for the night. I then left at 5 in the morning to get out of there with no sleep.

This place really wasn't clean. We left in the morning without taking a shower because it was so dirty we were afraid we'd come out dirtier than when we went in. The hall reeked of smoke, and the smell leaked into the room as well. All in all, I'd call the room dank, gross, and depressing.

We just needed a hotel for the evening, somewhere to sleep. But when we got there, we decided to go get a bite to eat and come back to the hotel room and play cards instead of shopping!!! It was nice and the rooms were big!! Full kitchen, the girls thought that was great!! Only thing missing was and ice machine!!!
