We only needed a hotel to stay the night for a concert in Indy. The front desk personnel was very helpful and the room was clean (and non-smoking, which we requested), but the refrigerator in the room was incredibly noisy and we heard everything the other guests were doing, so we didn't get much sleep.

Overall, I would recommend this motel. It was a great price for the accommodations. This was a business trip for me. I got in late, and basically just slept at the hotel, leaving early the next morning. But it would be a perfect motel for longer stays, since it is equipped with a kitchenette. The down side is that the motel is a bit dated . . . it's not bad, but you can tell that it was from another era. The things that really were bothersome were that my sheets were not clean, it appeared that they had simply remade the bed after the previous guest had left and I specifically requested a no-smoking room and you could tell that the room had been smoked in at earlier times. In fact, there was an ashtray on the counter. Otherwise, it was a good motel, and for the value, I would more than likely stay there again.

It was fine.

I was most of the time out, but I feel that is very quiet place, and this is important.

My wife's extremely allergic to smoke (cigarettes, BBQ, etc.). We were placed in a smoking room on our first night because that was all that was available, even though I'd requested a non-smoking room. As I had to leave for a business conference early the next morning, I was unable to do any follow-up w/staff to see if we could get a room on a non-smoking floor. Luckily, your desk clerk was able to get us moved into a new room that day, so we didn't have to make reservations elsewhere.
