Days Inn and Suites Northwest Indianapolis

The first room we were given had a continious running toilet so we ask and received another room and this room had pealing wallpaper, burned out light bulbs so we were moved to a third room which also had pealing wallpaper, an unplugged bedside lamp and dirty windows. We did not want to move to a fourth room so we stayed. The desk clerk did a great job in handling our circumstances and the morning breakfast was good. So all they need to do is upgrade their rooms and get a reliable house keeping manager. Do not plan to stay here again.

We wanted a clean room for the night with good access to Interstate 465. That's what we got. There was nothing special about the place, though it did have an excellent breakfast with a lot of choices.

It is a good comfortable hotel, in a good location. I think for the cost it was an excellent value.

We were only staying at the hotel for one night, check in, get dinner, come back, hit the bed, and get up take a shower and leave, so we did not worry about a lot of extras. We selected this hotel because the location worked for us. The room was clean, but could use a remodel. The hotel is dated, but we expected that at this price point. Overall it was a decent room at a decent price (you get what you pay for). This hotel could score a little higher if the staff was better. Got to hotel to check in and found people at check in counter who claimed they had been waiting 15 minutes for desk help to return. I was only there about a minute when desk person returned to desk to help them. I did not run a timer on how long I waited but front desk person did seem to take a while to get them checked in (not sure why). I did see about 5 different people come to front desk during this time period to get towels for the pool, this slowed down the process. Usually towels are available in pool area so not sure why that was not the case this night, but it was not. When it was my turn to check in it was smooth just seemed like the front desk person was very slow in what they do. Later my wife went to buy some bottle water from the front desk (that is where they sold them) but she waited about 10 minutes and never saw anyone working for the hotel in the desk area, there was a gas station close so she went there and said she did not see anybody at the front desk when she returned. We skipped out on the free breakfast in the morning, our opinion was too many people trying to eat and with only one person running the desk and breakfast area it seemed to be more hassle than it was worth for waffles and a continental breakfast. Not a destination hotel, but ok for a place to get one night sleep and on the road.

Needs improvement.. Overall OK. It was a little noisy.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was very pleasant. It is located next to a lot of restaurants and stores. Including Costco which they give you a free pass with showing your room card. The breakfast was better than normal including Belgium waffles. The rooms were average and clean. I had no problems which makes it a great place to stay.

It is an alright hotel. For the price, it seems acceptable..

The room wasn't clean. There wos garbige from the previous consumer. The room also smeling on cigarets.

i stayed for 3 days and had everything i needed around me, there was a plenty of resturants around and the main highways was about 5 minutes away, it was a good hotel with great staff that answered all my questions, there was a big choice of breakfast stuff available in the morning, plus there was a indoor pool that was needed to be able to relax and enjoy my day. i like this place and ill be back im sure.
