Nice hotel, depressing parking
The hotel was nice. Train theme was well played out. The parking at Pan Am Plaza was sorry. The lot was dingy and not worth 22. Valet may be worth the extra 5.

Great room! Easy access! Little surprised there was NO parking! But for a small fee I got Valet service which ended up being GREAT! The sandwich I got from the restaurant was delicious! Access to downtown was terrific!

It was fine and staff was very helpful. The restaurant was closed, but you could get food in the bar. Bar staff was not particularly pleasant so I gave up and went back to room. Pool Area was nice.

Fair accommodation, at a fair price
I did not get a good first impression of the hotel because I was given a dirty (unmade) room upon arrival. However, they were apologetic and immediately gave me a new room. The room was clean and satisfactory. On another note, the location is great (set in the center of downtown) and has a lot of historical value (though I personally find the hotel's past being a train station to be a tad creepy). As a whole, it's a fair accommodation, offered at a fair price.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Indy - Union Station
Location was great - within blocks of arenas, convention center, Circle Center Mall. Hotel had character and good customer service. The room itself was just mediocre. Parking prices were very high simply based on location, but it definitely adds to the overall cost of the trip.

Weekend getaway
We were in Indianapolis for a Bob Seger concert. We had a great time, the Crown Plaza is a beautiful hotel and was very close to everything we wanted to see - within walking distance. The biggest complaint was that the beds are double instead of queen size - they need to upgrade. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very Nice Hotel
The Crowne Plaza Hotel is everything we expected and more. The room was very nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the ambiance was incredible! We were only 2 blocks away from the Slippery Noodle Inn, where we went to listen to some killer Blues. Overall it was a very good trip!
