Only stayed one nite,but would easily stay here again.

Great service with high quality accommodations! I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a conference downtown. Room was spacious and clean, but biggest complaint was that the hotel seemed to be in the direct flight pattern of big planes taking off and landing, starting very early in the morning. I know now why they supply earplugs with the room. Another issue is that, besides hotel restaurant, the closest restaurant is a 5 to 10 minute drive just to get to fast food... about a 10 to 15 minute drive to get to the area with the chain restaurants. Had to rent a car just to be able to go to dinner.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The room was next to the elevator, and occasionally there was some noise from the elevator - sort of a grinding, groaning noise. Once I went to sleep I didn't hear it. The dinner I had at the restaurant was delicious and service was good. The hotel is very close to the Indianapolis Airport. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the airport.

We had a positive experience a the Crowne Plaza. Our room was very quiet. The only negative was our air conditioning went out in the middle of the night but even then the room didn't get that hot. The bathroom was a little small but other than that no complaints.

The hotel lived up to the name. Well worth the money. Best deal in town. I've stayed at other hotels more expensive in the area and they don't compare. Great service rooms very nice well maintained. Could ask for much more. Only thing it lacked was not a lot of options for food around the hotel. But the hotel the staff were great.

The hotel Staff were awesome. The food in the restaurant excellent. We were there to see family and although we went out with the family to restaurants, we spent $165 for meals at the hotel. We got free drinks (wine) all 3 nights. In addition we received 2 free breakfasts. We will return to this hotel again

The name of the hotel is deceitful. Crown Plaza Indianapolis Airport implies that it is AT the airport. It was at the OLD airport - not 15 minutes away from the new one. No signage at the expressway exit, which would have been helpful considering the GPS was sending us to the wrong area. Inside the hotel the 'desk' was in a restaurant looking area - not when you walk in the front door, and no signage, either to the desk or to the (SLOW) elevators. The clerk sent us to the wrong elevator, necessitating a ride up, then a ride down, then find another elevetor and take another ride up. Frustrating........

Some of the hotel reception staff were NOT very friendly, did not make eye contact, did not even raise their index finger to indicate "just a moment please" while on the phone, did not try to find what I needed, IE, a map, and were not very forth coming on directions to various places. One just told me to "go to the computer to map quest the address as I am busy right now". Not even a please thrown in. Yes, I could have read the hotel tips in the book that was in the room, but it would have been nice had they asked if I was familiar with what the hotel had to offer, IE, restaurants, exercise room, which I did not know they had, etc. There was construction on the free way and it would have been nice to have a detailed map with detours, places to avoid, etc. The coffee cup the first night had hairs in the bottom if it and one of the toilet paper fixtures was broken, other wise the room was great, quiet, clean, and quite comfortable. Would I stay there again? Perhaps, but I would try another hotel first to see how they treated their guests.
